CORE, STRENGTH & ENDURANCE

Lagree will strengthen, tighten, and tone your body quickly and safely. The workout will leave your muscles shaking, sweating, and sore the next day! “The Lagree Method,” a high-intensity, low-impact exercise method, tightens, strengthens, and tones in as little as 20-minutes a session by incorporating bodybuilding principles, such as Time Under Tension, which removes breaks from workouts and grants users the ability to sweat, shake, and persevere through the total duration of every class. In addition, many Lagree movements incorporate the use of 600 muscles at once, making this method even more time-efficient for those on the go and those looking for quick but lasting results. Based on the low-impact principles of Pilates, Lagree Fitness maintains a high intensity workout throughout the 50 mins.

MEGAFORMER

Our classic workout is 50 minutes of High-Intensity, Low-Impact, Resistance-based Movements that lets you gain true core strength, toning and cardio - safely and progressively.

MEGAYOGA

With MegaYoga you have the best of both worlds – a High Intensity workout and a Grounding Yoga Experience to stretch your muscles and relax your body and mind.

MEGAKETTLE

A heart-pounding class incorporating Traditional Megaformer Moves, mixed in with Functional Kettlebell Exercises off the machine. This is by far our sweatiest class!

ABS & ARMS

With abs and arms the Dominate focus is the Upperbody and Core. Embrace that shake in the upperbody and really zone in on that core building in this 50min class.

Megaformer Intro Schedule

GOOD TO KNOW

  • Non-slip grip socks and a water bottle.

  • Towels for your sweat, towels for your shower, Sachajuan bath products.

  • Arrive between five and 15 minutes before class (only you know how long it takes you to get workout ready but once the class has started we can’t open the studio doors!) If you are new, we recommend you check in at least 15 minutes before the start of your class so we can help you get set up.
