MAMA & ME

Our Mama & Me class is great for new moms focusing on getting Postpartum strength back. The focus is on Restoring Function and Core Stability, and Reconnecting with your core and muscles.

MEGAINTRO

Never tried Megaformer or want to get back to the basics of the workout? This course is the one you need. Once a week for three weeks, you will train together with the same group of people under the skilled guidance of our experienced instructor

GOOD TO KNOW

  • Non-slip grip socks and a water bottle.

  • Towels for your sweat, towels for your shower, Sachajuan bath products.

  • Arrive between five and 15 minutes before class (only you know how long it takes you to get workout ready but once the class has started we can’t open the studio doors!) If you are new, we recommend you check in at least 15 minutes before the start of your class so we can help you get set up.
