I began my journey as a cycle instructor in 2017 after falling in love with SoulCycle as a rider in the Hamptons. Inspired by music, I want to share energy and the spirit of life – finding out what lives in you! I joined The Place Stockholm in 2022 with the launch of RIDE.

The most important thing to me with my clients is building a safe space for us to feel the beat and a higher sense of community spirit.

My classes are an uplifting blend of rhythm, intensity, motivation, and connection. I want to encourage you to dig deep, celebrate yourself, and ride with the energy you need to live your best life. You can expect a mix of paces with joy at the heart of my classes to have you leaving with a big smile on your face.
