  • I got hooked to RIDE the first time I did it in 2017, I straight away asked if the studio wanted extra help in the reception so I could be a part of the community and cycle as much as possible and after just a few months I was up at the podium as an instructor. I feel incredibly blessed to be an instructor as I’m able to share my passion with others. My favorite feeling is when a member finally gets it, that spark in their eyes when they are riding to the beat on the right leg with the whole room. Be part of something bigger. The cardio workout and endorphins is just a bonus.

    Addition to RIDE I also teach Barre which is an incredible compliment to the cycling classes. If you want the barre burn without being a former dancer – You should definitely try my classes!

  • RIDE - I’m gonna challenge you in both speed and resistance, be purposeful in every move and most of all it’s going to be fun and sweaty! Next moment 45 minutes has past – just like that 😉

    Barre - Many repetitions in slightly different way to build the burning sensation in your legs. Stay for 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 2, 1 – and relax!

  • I always love a good remix with added base, especially of pop and RnB music that you recognize.

    BARRE - Everything that includes that barre ball underneath your high heel is fire!
